Promotional Materials

We are pleased that you have asked Rev. Kenneth Klaus to speak at your event. Below you will some helpful resources to successfully promote your event within your church, other area churches and your community.

Following are some tips for making optimal use of these resources:

• As soon as the event has been scheduled, begin a word-of-mouth campaign to start generating excitement about the event.
  
  
• Place posters around the community - use this event as an opportunity to witness. You never know who might be touched by the message and become interested in learning more about the saving love of Jesus Christ.
  
  
• Use PowerPoint slides, bulletin inserts, and bulletin blurbs to promote the event. Share these materials with neighboring churches so they can promote the event in their congregations as well.
  
  
• Make use of the sign-in sheets. These sheets will be a great way for you to gauge attendance (members vs. non-members, etc.) and provide you with valuable outreach information. It also allows LHM to evaluate the success of the event. Some ideas for making sure people sign in might be to place them in strategic locations around the event or have ushers pass them to each pew during the offering.
